Ms. Roush joined Brandywine Group Advisors as an Investment Director in 2013. Previously, Ms. Roush served as a Vice President at LS Power Equity Advisors, a private equity firm focused on the power industry, where she was involved in all aspects of the investment process from due diligence and execution to post-acquisition management and value-creation. Ms. Roush began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she was an investment banking analyst. Ms. Roush graduated (magna cum laude) from Wellesley College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon. She is a CFA charterholder.
