Sharon has been with Real Capital Solutions since 1991, rising from Controller to Chief Financial Officer, President (2006-2015), Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Division President, and now presently Executive Officer. In 2020, Sharon stepped back from day to day responsibilities at RCS so that she could help to manage the CEO’s philanthropic arm. In addition to her responsibilities at OEF, she provides the CEO’s Family Office with strategic oversight and operational advice. Sharon brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
