Shannon is the CFO and one of two principal owners at Phillips Financial. For over 20 years, she has been providing financial planning and investment management services to Phillips Financial clients. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with minors in International Business and Music Performance from Indiana University, Bloomington. Shannon is currently Treasurer for The Canterbury School Board of Trustees, serves on the Grant Review Committee at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne where she is also past Board Chair, is on the board of the Fort Wayne Chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, directs the handbell choir at Trinity English Lutheran Church, and is
