Shane Shi is a founding member of Aura Group and is a Director of Private Equity. Shane has over 15 years of experience in investments, commercial analysis, deal execution (buy-side & sell-side), capital raising (equity & debt), mergers & acquisitions, and consulting across the early stage to small cap Australian businesses that are listed on the ASX. He has primary responsibilities at Aura Group for deal origination, execution and advisory services to existing Aura portfolio businesses across mainly financial services, e-commerce, technology, insurance and telecommunications sectors. Prior to Aura Group, Shane held roles across equities research and consultancy.
