I currently work with a team of experienced investment professionals at Mercer that collectively assists plan sponsors, endowments, foundations, and sovereigns in meeting their investment goals and objectives. This engaging, strategic and rewarding work has contributed greatly to my understanding of the global capital markets. For more than two decades, I have been fortunate to have a variety of progressively more responsible roles at leading financial organizations, including working as a credit rating analyst assessing high yield offerings; as a sell-side equity analyst; and on the buy side as an equity analyst investing in small and mid-cap companies. Each role has contributed to a wel
