As chief financial officer, Scott Zastoupil ensures that the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation’s financial reporting is accurate and transparent, while overseeing an internal control environment that supports these objectives. He joined the Foundation in 2018, having previously worked as finance and accounting senior manager at RBC Global Asset Management and, before that, at Ernst & Young as an auditor in asset management. Scott holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a member of the board of trustees and finance and investment committee for The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library. Z
