Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University in 1987 with a degree in Accounting. Worked for the Salt Lake City office of Ernst & Young from 1987 through 1992. Joined the Workers Compensation Fund in October 1992 as the Manager of the Premium Audit Department. Served as the Company’s Controller for one year, as the Vice President of Finance from 1993 through 2007 and as the Senior Vice president and Chief Financial Officer since March 2007. Scott oversees the financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, actuarial analysis, investments, human resources and premium audit functions for the Company. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Ce
