Scott actively participates in the portfolio management process and meets with clients on a regular basis to review their accounts, portfolio activity, portfolio strategy and financial markets. Scott has 30 years of investment industry experience focused largely on managing short-term fixed income strategies for governmental and institutional non-profit clients.
