Scott is an original principal of the Lighthouse Group. He is a member of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and oversees various business activities of the firm, including growth strategy in Asia, relationship management in the Middle East and Europe, and a variety of strategic corporate initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Scott worked in business development with a publicly traded technology firm, where he was responsible for business strategy, including negotiating joint venture relationships with industry leaders and evaluating equity investment opportunities.
