Scott Parker is the Managing Director at True Link Financial Advisors. Scott leads and manages all aspects of the True Link’s Financial Advisor’s Team (a wholly-owned subsidiary of True Link Financial, Inc.) including investments, operations, and client services. He has almost 30 years of strong analytical leadership focused on building and improving operational procedures at registered investment advisor firms. Working primarily in smaller firms, Scott has developed a deep knowledge of the investment management arena with a sleeves-up, hands-on approach. This includes great client relationship skills, performance reporting, vendor selection/ negotiation, risk management, compliance, bill
