Scott joined Bailard’s Wealth Management Group in 1998. He is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, providing financial planning, managing client relationships, and participating in sales efforts. Scott received his BA in economics and communication from the University of California, San Diego, in 1997 and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2003. He lives in Redwood City with his wife and three children. In his free time, Scott enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, traveling, and playing golf and tennis.
