Scott Graham is Chief Investment Officer of Northeast Retirement Services (NRS) and its subsidiary Global Trust Company (GTC). Prior to the role of SVP, Mr. Graham was the Chief Investment Officer of Highland Associates. In the CIO role, he served as chairman of Highland's internal Investment Committee and was responsible for the firm's investment framework. Mr. Graham also served as the lead portfolio manager for Highland's proprietary funds, managing fixed income, global equities, liquid alternatives, hedge funds, and inflation sensitive assets.
