Sarah Cachat is a Partner of The Townsend Group and currently oversees operations for the firm’s discretionary separate account practice representing over 30 institutional client portfolios with real estate portfolio value more than $14 billion. She is responsible for discretionary client administration, marketing, reporting, systems, and facilities management.
