Sarah Butler is Director of Business Development for RockCreek’s OCIO Services. Prior to joining RockCreek, Sarah led Business Development for Hall Capital Partners, overseeing marketing and communications strategy for prospective endowment, foundation, and family clients and helping coordinate reporting for the firm’s pooled investment vehicles. Sarah holds a B.S. in International Economics from Georgetown University. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, in her free time she enjoys cycling, skiing, and reading fiction.
