Sanam brings more than 30 years of experience in the International Financial Industry and actively participated in growing the Hong Kong Private Banking Space as we see it today. Before founding LCA Solutions in 2010, Sanam held senior management roles in international banks directly servicing the needs of High Net-worth clients but also answering the requirements of the banks themselves as a team leader and member of their North Asian Management team. Sanam was previously Managing Director at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and Team leader at ABN AMRO, Rabobank and Bank Sarasin, also giving her more than 25 years of experience in managing and mentoring senior private bankers.
