Sam was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, and Xavier University where he studied Applied Physics with a special concentration in business. In college he kept busy by starting a business importing brewing and distilling equipment from China and Portugal. Sam began his career in the financial services industry at Prudential Financial in 2015 where he specialized in investment and insurance planning. He joined Oxinas Partners in 2019. Sam employs the technical and mathematical skills he learned in Xavier’s physics department to create sophisticated plans for clients.
