Ryan joined AMB’s Investment Banking team in the fall of 2013. Ryan began his career in public accounting within a large regional public accounting and consulting firm. Prior to joining AMB, Ryan was a senior manager in the firm’s transaction advisory services practice, a group he was a founding member. With this extensive experience, Ryan today specializes in analyzing the financial aspects of middle market acquisitions and divestures as well as executing due diligence strategies designed to identify key risks considered in any M&A transaction.
