Ryan Jefferson joined Ziegler in 2021. He is a Director and Chief Financial Officer of The Ziegler Companies, Inc. Ryan oversees financial accounting, external financial reporting, and treasury functions for Ziegler and related private equity entities. He is the FINRA Financial and Operations Principal for Ziegler’s broker-dealer subsidiary, B.C. Ziegler and Company. Prior to joining Ziegler, Ryan was the Chief Financial Officer at Huntington Securities, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated. During his time at Huntington Securities Inc., he was responsible for overseeing accounting department operations and financial reporting for the broker-dealer entity.
