Long before helping his grandfather and uncle - George and Russ Diachok - start Geneos in 2002, Ryan began working full time in the broker/dealer business. His over 20 years of experience have encompassed stints in the marketing, operations, trading and compliance departments at both Geneos Wealth Management and Multi-Financial Securities.
