Russell serves as Regatta Capital Group's Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. As the Chair of the firm's Investment Committee, he listens clients’ needs and preferences and searches the investible universe – across the risk/reward spectrum and the public/private divide – for the best solutions. Prior to working in the wealth management industry, Russell was an industrial designer specializing in medical device development. His work in cerebral resuscitation devices led to a position with a venture capital firm in Los Angeles in 1998.
