Mr. Harmer joined LCG Associates in 2012 and is a Consultant. His responsibilities include investment strategy development, manager due diligence, special research projects, and providing investment advice to clients. Previously, Rowan was an Investment Officer at Cook Children’s Health Care System. He was responsible for assisting the CIO with constructing, managing, and monitoring the endowment portfolio. This included conducting extensive due diligence on a wide variety of asset classes, analyzing portfolio performance, and reporting the portfolio’s results to the Board of Trustees.
