Rory Bateman joined Schroders in 2008, and was Head of the UK and European team from 2014 to 2019. Rory is Co-Head of Investment alongside Johanna Kyrklund, and they’re both responsible for listed investments within Schroders Asset Management. Rory continues to manage the Equity division and has firmwide responsibility for the ESG team and Data Insights Unit. Previously, he was Continental European Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
