Roni Dersovitz founded RD Legal Funding, LLC ("RDLF") in 1998 to provide American contingency based law firms with solutions to assist with the episodic nature of their cash flows. RDLF began by accelerating cash flows due to attorneys once they obtained settlements, or judgments that were payable by institutional grade counter-parties. We now also accelerate settlement and judgement proceeds that are due and payable to commercial counter parties and individual plaintiffs. We are one of the few litigation finance firms that focus on acquiring post settlement, or judgement receivables that we believe are known and predictable.
