Ronalde has a degree in Business Administration (UNA) and Economic Sciences (UFMG), with an MBA in Project Management (IBMEC). In recent years at Cemig, he worked as Superintendent of Corporate Planning and Control, where he joined 19 years ago as an Economic-Financial Analyst. He has already been responsible for the Tariff Management and the Project Analysis and Monitoring Management, in the Company's financial department. He also served as president of the Deliberative Council of Cemig Saúde for 6 years, in addition to being a member of the institution's Supervisory Board.
