Ronald is the lead consultant of a number of pension funds and large multinational companies. He has experience in harmonizing and amending pension schemes and the supporting proposal and renewal processes with insurers and other service providers. As consultant and project lead he have been involved with the merger of pension funds and the liquidation of pension funds combined to a buy out to an insurance company or a transfer to an industry-wide pension fund or to the relatively new Dutch General Pension Fund (APF).
