Roger Bian holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at AIG China, where he oversees and manages all investment-related activities. In this key role, Roger collaborates with other members of the AIG APAC Investment Team to develop, obtain approval, and execute investment strategies. He takes charge of investment trades for AIG China, coordinates Investment Committee meetings, and is responsible for developing and reviewing investment reports. Roger is dedicated to enhancing investment management processes, including asset allocation, evaluation, research, decision-making, authorization, and risk control. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating regulatory requests associ
