Family enterprise is my life. I'm a third-generation member of a successful business family from Guatemala who was an early pioneer in the application of best practices in systemic family-business governance. I'm also the first-generation founder of a family office designed and intended to last for at least the next 100 years. I'm at home anywhere in the Americas, working with families anywhere from Alaska to Argentina. I like nothing better than learning something new, or teaching something to others.
