Robin Black, investment manager, is a member of the global equities team, with emphasis on the Asian and US markets. He runs the Aegon AM Japanese portfolios and is co-manager of a US Sustainable Equity Income strategy and the Global Equity Income strategy. Prior to his current role, Robin worked for Macquarie Group, where he worked as global head of Pan-Asian sales in Hong Kong. He later returned to London, where he was tasked with establishing a global equity sales team for Macquarie. Prior to Macquarie, he worked for Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch and Martin Currie. He has been in the industry since 1995 and started with the firm in 2016.
