Before founding APM, Mr. Kiernan spent nearly two decades in the capital markets with Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers, during which he was responsible for building, managing, and leading multiple global fixed income and investment banking businesses. At Lehman Brothers (1992-2002), he served as Global Head for several businesses including Financial Engineering, Liability Management, Private Placements, and Technology and eCommerce. He also spent several years in London where he was Head of European Capital Markets and served on both the Investment Banking and Fixed Income Operating Committees, as well as the Capital Commitments Committee. At Salomon Brothers (1986-1992), where Mr. Ki
