Before co-founding Bridgewater Asset Management in 2014, Bob spent nearly 20 years as a financial advisor with LPL Financial LLC, an independent brokerage firm. He began his career in the financial services industry with W.S. Griffith & Co. in 1994. Transferring to LPL Financial in 2004 has allowed Bob to provide his clients with excellent resources and support. He is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Bridgewater Asset Management. Before entering the financial services field, Bob worked with The Boeing Corporation as an electrical engineer.
