A 40-year veteran entrepreneur in food and restaurants Rob is notably co-founder of the global restaurant and media company José Andrés Group and non-profit World Central Kitchen. Rob is also an accomplished investor, founding FoodTech Angels to support innovative early-stage companies that leverage technology to change the world of food.
