Rob Allen has served as president and CEO of Intermountain Health since November 2022. He was named by Modern Healthcare in both 2023 and 2024 as one of the 100 most influential people in healthcare. Previously, Rob served as chief operating officer for five years and has served in executive leadership at Intermountain for 29 of his 30+ years in healthcare leadership. Rob helped propel Intermountain to national recognition as a leading model for expanding proactive care, simplifying healthcare, increasing value, and improving affordability and access for all.
