Rick is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies for individual clients, developing financial plans and managing client relationships. Rick earned his BS in business administration in 1981 and his MBA in 1991, both from California State University, San Francisco. He received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 1997 and his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation in 2019. Prior to joining Bailard in 1985, Rick was an accountant with the Robert MacNeil Corporation. He enjoys travel and tennis and is an avid fan of track and field. He also likes the cinema with a special interest in films from the 1970s.
