Richard Varkey is Managing Director, Head of Real Estate, and is responsible for IMCO's real estate asset class. He leads a team that invests domestically and globally in direct real estate holdings and fund investment structures with a focus on delivering exceptional risk adjusted income and capital returns for IMCO's clients. He oversees IMCO's key real estate operator/partner relationships while managing a diversified real estate strategy that includes portfolio and asset management, value-add initiatives and key disposition strategies.
