Richard is responsible for leading and managing Spruceview and overseeing all investment activities. He has more than 39 years of institutional investment management experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, he was CIO of JPMorgan’s Global Pension and Retirement Plans, where he led the overall investment strategy and successfully transitioned the Plan to a globally diversified multi-asset class portfolio. Prior to JPMorgan, Richard was CEO and President of Founders Asset Management, where he helped create growth-oriented investment products for institutional, private and retail clients. Richard’s prior experience includes senior management roles at Prudential Securities and Tucker Anthony.
