Rich is the President and Managing Director of ISC Financial Advisors. He has worked in the investment advisory business specializing in retirement planning for over 25 years. His major focus is working with small to mid size companies providing guidance on fiduciary responsibilities for the business owner and retirement plan education to help the employees achieve their retirement goals. In addition he has developed a great deal of investment relationships with the participants in the plans we work with. Prior to joining ISC in 1987, Rich spent 4 years with IDS/American Express and 3 years in the U.S. Army. Rich has a BS degree from Mankato State University with a double major in Account
