He is a Registered Principal, a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, Limited Equity Trader, a General Securities Representative and he also holds his life and health insurance licenses for the State of Georgia. Previously, Mr. Mooney served as Vice-President of the Thomasville, Georgia office of Shields & Company. Prior to 1989, he and M. H. Allen, Jr., worked in a partnership arrangement with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc.
