Rich serves as co-portfolio manager for short-duration strategies. He also leads the team's high yield strategy efforts across the firm's investment solutions, partnering with other portfolio managers and analysts to implement high yield securities in their portfolios. He joined the firm in 2004 after seven years as a financial analyst with National City Corporation's Institutional Asset Management division. Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Miami University, Ohio and with a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Rich holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.
