Leads cross-asset delivery & support for the Global Asset Management team—driving strategic initiatives; supporting and enabling our investment team; and partnering with FIL’s global investment leaders to strengthen oversight, risk controls, and regulatory engagement. The team has three functional area; Planning & Implementation: Champions collaboration, builds consistency, and drives execution across functions & asset classes to realize strategic goals and establish effective, compliant governance and risk controls. Focus areas include FIL’s China investment platform, sustainable investing, and proxy voting, External Research Services: Administers FIL’s MIFID II–compliant external research
