In 2003, Richard Flannery joined TIFF to serve as the second CEO in company history, a position in which he remained until his retirement in 2020. In 2023, Mr. Flannery became the sole Director of TAS II, Inc. In this role, he brings his historic ties to TIFF, and his expertise and experience, as he monitors TIFF’s implementation of the pledges it has made regarding nonprofit expenditures. As an employee-owned public benefit limited liability company, TIFF is committed to supporting the nonprofit community.
