Richard manages Green Square’s operations, and is responsible for financial reporting, executing strategic initiatives, and creating, monitoring and testing policies and procedures as required by the Advisors Act of 1940. Before joining Green Square in 2009, he was an executive vice president at the Spectra Group, a real estate development company. He started his career at Ernst & Young in finance and accounting. Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
