Dick Chafey is a Managing Director in the Commerce Street Investment Management group (“CSIM”) a SEC-registered investment advisor. Mr. Chafey advises CSC’s extensive mid-market and community bank client base on ALCO issues including regulatory compliance, liquidity, market risk and interest rate risk. He generates revenue by offering a turnkey, fee based solution in addressing these issues in combination with Investment Portfolio strategy and trade execution/management.. Mr. Chafey was a member of the executive team for SJB Escrow Corp where he was integral to the due diligence process to establish an OCC, FDIC & Federal Reserve-approved Shelf Charter which returned capital to invest
