Rekha is a Managing Director and the Co-Head of Private Equity Impact Investing, where she is responsible for executing Nuveen’s private equity impact and climate inclusion strategy. She was an early visionary establishing the intentional leadership in the impact investing platform for Nuveen. Prior to joining Nuveen in 2012, Rekha was a Vice President in the institutional investment group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She also held various positions in institutional investments, investment oversight, and risk management at Merrill Lynch.
