Ray is a Co-Founder of SECOR Asset Management, a global asset management firm that partners with clients across three business areas: quantitative investing, portfolio solutions and pension advisory. Ray served as Chief Investment Officer of SECOR’s quantitative businesses. Prior to founding SECOR, Ray was Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). While at Goldman Sachs, Ray was named Managing Director in 1999 and Partner in 2004. Before GSAM, Ray worked at Salomon Brothers as head of the Fixed Income Derivatives Client Research Group and member of the Bond Portfolio Analysis Research Group. At Salomon, Ray
