Ms. Kitt joined Avalon Global in October 2016. Prior to Avalon, she was an Analyst at Entermedia Growth Partners, diversifying their fund into more consumer-oriented stocks. Ms. Kitt began her career in 1986 at T. Rowe Price, advancing to the position of Assistant Vice President in the Equity Research division. During her 8-year tenure there, she was a Small-Cap Growth Analyst and a Research Analyst covering educational publishing and toy companies. Ms. Kitt then joined Federated Kaufmann Fund (1996 to 2001) as a Senior Analyst, where she followed consumer aggressive growth companies and media. Next, she joined Sigma Capital Management (2002 to 2006), managing a hedged consumer portfolio.
