Rachel Stubber is the finance and operations manager of the Thomas B. Fordham Institute. Prior to joining Fordham, Rachel worked as a business operations coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University. Rachel earned a B.S. in business management and accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and her masters of accountancy from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
