Patrick Kruczek is a Principal of the firm and Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners (BBHCP), focusing on BBHCP investment activities and providing post-investment, value-added oversight to portfolio companies. In addition, he shares responsibility for day-to-day management of BBHCP and is a member of the Steering, Executive, and Investment Committees of BBHCP. Patrick is also a member of the Private Banking Oversight Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Patrick spent 20 years at Morgan Keegan & Company, where he served in various roles in investment banking, equity capital markets, and as President and COO for the five years preceding the sale of the firm to Raymond James Finan
