Puja Seam joined Investure in February 2012 to build Investure’s internal legal function and serve as its first General Counsel. A partner of the firm, she is Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the Client, Legal & Compliance, and HR & Administration Teams. Prior to joining Investure, Puja was a corporate associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins LLP where she represented private equity firms, investment banks, corporations, and other market participants in fund formation, capital market offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other investment transactions.
