Ms. Precy Sturgeon serves as Financial & Administrative Officer at East Tennessee Foundation. She plays a vital role in the financial operation of the Foundation. Her responsibilities include processing grant payments and accounts payable, reconciling bank statements, maintaining records on contributions and donors, managing supply orders, and processing our investment pools. She works on the financial team in audit, 990, and other report preparation.
