Polly Koop, is a Managing Director and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee and Head of Compliance and Legal. She joined PAAMCO in 2011 as the Senior Compliance Officer and then as CCO for several years, before becoming the Head of Compliance. In her role as CCO, she focuses on the design, management and coordination of the firm’s compliance program. She is also responsible for PAAMCO Prisma’s legal efforts.
